Day one / Business and the city
Frame a relevant request around Xiaomi’s Beijing campus, Baidu’s Beijing headquarters or Sony Music China’s Beijing office. These are possibilities, not three promised stops; each company chooses whether and how to receive visitors.
Walk the monumental civic centre with historical context. Entry rules, passport details and advance reservations are checked before the day is fixed.
Trade scale for a slower street-level view of Beijing: courtyards, shops, food and the lived city around the old lanes.
Choose a local meal or a Michelin-starred option according to appetite and budget. Any meal, drinks and evening hosting are separately specified.
Day two / The long view
A dedicated excursion to an appropriate open section, such as Mutianyu, with transport and tickets planned around your party, weather and opening hours. This is the centrepiece of day two, not a rushed stop between meetings.
Eric connects the company question to what you saw of Beijing. Separate observations, interpretation and worthwhile follow-up.
Optional airport or rail transfer. Extra company requests can be scoped as an extended programme rather than compressed into these 48 hours.
