Fees cover preparation, design and hosting. Transport, meals, admissions and extensions are separate. Approve the final scope and fee before payment.

All four programmes are one day. Starting prices are USD per person for private groups of 2–4, with a two-guest minimum. Solo and larger-group briefs are quoted separately. Company tours do not include a VP-level meeting. Every visit and meeting requires individual host confirmation. Final scope, named host, format and fee are agreed in writing before payment. Transport, meals, hotels, admissions and extensions are quoted separately.
