APEC CEO Summit 2026.
A private Shenzhen brief.

A leadership summit creates a reason to be in Shenzhen. A privately commissioned programme creates room to understand a specific part of it. Futurebound works around confirmed commitments, connecting company or industry perspectives with technology, culture and a private host’s interpretation.

Official event context

APEC CEO Summit 2026

17–18 November 2026

Shenzhen, China

The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade lists the APEC CEO Summit in Shenzhen on 17–18 November 2026. This is distinct from the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting, which APEC lists for 18–19 November. Futurebound is not an organiser, authorised summit partner or accreditation service.

CCPIT summit website: APEC CEO Summit dates and remit

Event dates are not Futurebound availability. No event affiliation, ticket, accreditation or guaranteed company access is implied.

A separate programme, not a summit-access package.

Conference accreditation, official meetings and protocol arrangements belong with the relevant organisers. Futurebound does not promise access to leaders, delegates, summit venues or restricted areas.

The private programme is built around the time genuinely available outside those commitments. Company scheduling, local movement and any official restrictions must be checked before a route is agreed. No assumption is made that a high-profile summit makes corporate visits easier to secure.

AI and robotics · What changes in everyday work?

Bring a focused question about a use case, the customer and the work behind deployment. A relevant company or industry perspective is requested only after visitor fit and the discussion topic are assessed.

Platforms and culture · How do audiences behave?

Explore the connection between entertainment, distribution and product adoption through Eric’s media and technology operating lens. Culture is part of the business question, not an unrelated evening extra.

Cross-border business · What needs translation?

Look at assumptions that do not travel neatly between markets: customer expectations, communication and partnership fit. Use the visit to refine questions, not to claim that a brief encounter validates a China strategy.

01

Opening · Translate the strategic question

Begin with a private briefing that separates your summit agenda from the question the Shenzhen programme should answer. Agree the boundaries on photography, participant information and follow-up.

02

Working day · The right conversation

A company or industry perspective, individually confirmed beforehand, anchors the day. UBTECH, Tencent Games and Tencent Music Entertainment are possible starting points, not a fixed or guaranteed itinerary.

03

City context · Products, culture, interpretation

A selected public technology or design stop and a closing debrief connect the discussion to the city. Hospitality can be scoped separately. There is no implied invitation to an official dinner or summit reception.

Before fixing the diaryTiming · Fit · Separate scope

Start with your confirmed obligations

Share the time blocks you can actually commit, your arrival and departure, group size and protocol needs. The CEO Summit and Leaders’ Meeting have different dates; AVCJ in Hong Kong also overlaps this period.

Allow for approvals and local conditions

A separate working day before or after summit commitments is a planning option, not confirmed availability. Recheck host calendars, transport arrangements and official travel notices before fixing the programme.

Give a delegation its own scope

Larger cohorts, interpreters, protocol and multiple vehicles need a separate brief. The published per-person starting fees apply to private groups of two to four guests, with a two-guest minimum, not an entire summit delegation.

This is business-programme planning, not investment or immigration advice. Confirm applicable entry requirements with the relevant official authority. Photographs illustrate the city, not event participation or confirmed access.

The essentials.

When is the APEC CEO Summit 2026 in Shenzhen?

The organiser lists 17–18 November 2026 for the APEC CEO Summit. The APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting is separately listed for 18–19 November. Event facts were checked on 2 October 2026; verify any updates with the official sources before making travel arrangements.

Does Futurebound provide APEC summit tickets or accreditation?

No. Futurebound Private is independent of APEC and the summit organiser. It provides separately commissioned private programmes outside confirmed event commitments. Tickets, accreditation, official meetings and access to restricted areas are not included.

Can company visits be confirmed during summit week?

They can be requested, but nothing is guaranteed. Host availability, participant fit, local conditions and any relevant restrictions must be checked. Futurebound confirms the feasible programme before requesting approval and payment; it does not sell an unconfirmed visit.
